• PRECISE Project

    PRECISE is a joint research program that aims to accelerate progress of Portuguese health care toward the new era of precision medicine. To achieve this long-term goal, an ambitious program is been implemented by interdisciplinary teams formed across 3 partner institutions with core research programs in Medicine (iMM), Bioprocess and Biosystems Engineering (iBB), and Computer Science and Information Systems (INESC-ID).

  • iBB - Institute for Bioengineering and Biosciences

    The Institute for Bioengineering and Biosciences (IBB) is a research unit at Instituto Superior Técnico (IST), Universidade de Lisboa (UL), that aims to excel in research and advanced education in biotechnology, to respond to the challenges of exploring innovative approaches in biosciences and bioengineering and to translate scientific knowledge into tangible and impactful innovation.

  • INESC-ID - Instituto de Engenharia de Sistemas e Computadores, Investigação e Desenvolvimento em Lisboa

    The INESC-ID is a leading Portuguese private non-profit research institute dedicated to advanced research and development in the domains of Information Technology, Electronics, Communications and Energy.
